FAQs

1. What exactly does a Women’s Health & Wellness Coach do?

I help women get to the root cause of symptoms like bloating, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, stubborn weight, and skin issues. Through personalised 1:1 coaching, we create a realistic plan that supports your gut, hormones, and overall wellbeing — without quick fixes or fad diets. It’s all about balance, not restriction.

2. How is this different from working with a personal trainer?

Personal trainers typically focus on fitness and workouts. While movement is important, I go much deeper — looking at your gut health, hormones, stress, sleep, digestion, and lifestyle as a whole. I help you uncover why you're feeling the way you do and create a tailored plan to support your body from the inside out. This includes nutrition, habits, mindset, and sustainable changes — not just what you do in the gym.

3. Do you create meal plans?

I don’t give strict meal plans or tell you exactly what to eat every day. Instead, I help you understand what foods work best for your body, how to reduce inflammation, support your gut and hormones, and feel confident making nourishing choices that actually fit your lifestyle. I provide recipes and ideas for meals which work best for you.

4. Can this help with weight loss?

Yes — many women naturally lose weight when we support the body in the right way. I focus on addressing the root causes behind weight gain, like hormone imbalances, stress, gut health, and inflammation. The goal is sustainable, healthy weight loss — without extreme diets or obsessing over calories.

5. What kind of results can I expect?

While everyone is different, clients often notice:

  • Improved energy

  • Less bloating and digestive discomfort

  • Clearer skin

  • Better mood and more stable cycles

  • Sustainable weight loss

  • A renewed sense of confidence and balance

  • Less aches and pains

6. Do you recommend supplements?

While I don’t prescribe supplements, I can make gentle suggestions where appropriate, and I often collaborate with a registered Nutritionist from Wild Nutrition to help guide supplement choices based on your unique needs. This means you get professional, targeted recommendations that support the work we do together — without overwhelming your system with unnecessary products.

7. Is everything online?

It can be, yes! All my coaching is done online via Practice Better, which means we can work together from anywhere and fit sessions around your schedule — especially helpful for busy mums. I do also offer face to face appointments in my in-home clinic, which is located in the WN2 area.

8. Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — I offer a free 1:1 discovery call so we can chat about your goals, what’s going on for you, and how I can help. There’s no pressure, just a friendly conversation.

9. Do you offer group sessions or talks?

Yes, I offer group sessions and workshops on key topics like gut health, hormones, energy, and skin — perfect for anyone who enjoys learning in a supportive group environment. Whether you're looking for a casual group session or a more in-depth workshop for your team or organisation, I provide expert advice, practical tips, and plenty of time for questions. It's a great way to connect, learn, and gain insights alongside others on similar wellness journeys.
